Training courses in cider making / perry making and apple and other juice production. Training courses for the Food and Drink Industry, along with consultancy, trouble-shooting and advisory services for food and drink processors / manufacturers and cider and perry producers.
Work can also be carried out for industry, corporate clients and private and public sector organisations including colleges and universities and may involve bid writing, project development and management.
Areas of expertise include HACCP and hazard analysis, food and drink safety and hygiene, quality assurance and quality control, food and drink microbiology and most aspects of cider making / perry making, apple and other juices, wine and general drinks production such as new product development (NPD), research and development (R&D), processing, packaging, labelling, sensory analysis, laboratory testing, legislation, equipment, building design, marketing and business planning and development.
The Company was founded in 2003 by Peter Mitchell - a highly qualified and internationally recognised expert and authority in cider and perry making and other aspects of food and drink production, with over 25 years of experience and an award-winning producer in his own right.
